Model residence fit-out begins
Steel stud framing and MEP rough-in are under way on levels 2 and 3. The model residence opens for viewings in December.

Glazing reaches level 5
Floor-to-ceiling glazing is installed on the upper floors while the lower levels follow one floor behind.

Structure
Concrete frame tops out
The roof slab was poured on April 10, completing the seven-level frame two weeks ahead of programme.

Foundations complete
Footings, column cages and the below-grade parking structure are finished and waterproofed.
