01. INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
Olven is a residential development under construction at 2400 Cedar Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas. Renderings, floor plans, photographs, finishes, amenities, square footages, prices and completion dates shown on the Site are illustrative and subject to change without notice. Square footages are approximate and may vary from the final measured area.
02. NOT AN OFFER
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, a residence. A sale is made only through a written purchase agreement and the disclosure documents that accompany it. Where the law requires prior registration or filing, no offer is made until that requirement has been met.
03. AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
Availability and pricing are updated regularly but may not reflect the latest status. A residence is reserved only when a purchase agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
